Building Resilience

Resilience doesn’t have to be about responding, but ensuring that you are ‘in a good place’ when the difficult challenges arrives.

Laila White talks about building your stock of wellbeing and mindset, with awareness of how you can accept, adapt and even thrive in a new situation.

Leaders Hub

The Pavelka House for Cisco is our resource hub, including special toolkits and information for leaders.

This 'Connect Exercise' is one way to write down your thoughts in order to Connect with yourself, or, pair up and Connect with your people and teams.

You each start by writing down what you think that the other person would answer to each question – then switch papers and see the other perspective.

Have a discussion about what came up, why that might be and where you differ in opinion.
